Mandatfeed

Software for estate agents: mandates, properties, documents and portal publishing — as a hosted service.

What Mandatfeed is

Mandatfeed is a web application for estate agents. It covers the path an agency walks every day: taking on mandates, recording and documenting properties, managing prospects, providing brochures and documents, publishing properties on the portals.

Mandatfeed is a product of IT Hub GmbH in its own right, not commissioned work for a single agency. The first client is already on board; the platform has been built for several agencies from the start.

A service, not an installation

Mandatfeed runs exclusively on our servers. Every agency gets its own address in the form client.mandatfeed.ch. There is no installation at the client's site — and therefore no server nobody maintains, and no version that is three years old.

Operations and data stay in Switzerland. Updates happen centrally, without maintenance windows at the client.

Scope

What Mandatfeed does

Mandates

Mandate intake with all parties, deadlines and agreements. The starting point of every case, and the place where paper still piles up in many agencies.

Properties

Records with location, features, floor areas, images and documents. With a map, image editing and checks that surface missing details early.

Portal publishing

Publishing via SwissRETS, the standard format of the Swiss property market — serialised in both JSON and XML.

Documents and brochures

Files per property, brochures to pass on, access for prospects. All attached to the property rather than sitting on a network drive.

Multi-tenancy

Several agencies on one platform, cleanly separated, each with its own address, its own users and its own administration.

Billing

Billed per user and month, monthly PDF invoice by mail, Swiss QR-bill with reference number and automatic payment reconciliation.

Technology

Angular on the front end, ASP.NET Core as the REST API, MS SQL Server as the database — the same structure as Fundort. Maps with Leaflet, brochures as PDF, invoices as Swiss QR-bill.

Building it as a service rather than an installation is a deliberate choice: it is the only way to keep an application current, secure and in a single version over the years.
